INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products! Unfortunately, we cannot speed up international shipping or the transit time/customs clearance process, so shipping times may occasionally be extended. This is beyond our control.

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

SHIPPING TIME:

• USA & Canada: 7 days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10 days

• Europe: 7 days

• Rest of the World: 7–12 days

If you have just received a shipment notification, please allow 1–3 working days for the tracking information to be updated.

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information provided by each customer in the order confirmation.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address provided when ordering, but you have not received it, you must contact your local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit for a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order to you.

This is at the discretion of ednad76@gmail.com. However, in this specific scenario, we cannot issue a refund.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:

We will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. If the order arrives in your country and:

• The customer refuses to accept the package

• No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for issuing any refund.

WHERE IS OUR COMPANY BASED?

We are based in the United States. However, as we have multiple sorting centers around the world, not all products will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse. This allows us to offer our products at a much more affordable price.
